Returns can be requested directly through your account on our website.

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g. personalized or special orders)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
