You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email info@klyclothing.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we reply with return instructions and the address to send it to. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, in which case we cover it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@klyclothing.com.

Exchanges: the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the size or colour you want. Return shipping on the item you send back is paid by you.
